Who we are
This website is operated by Degenerate Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17185096 (“Degenerate”, “we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice. Our registered office address is shown on the Companies House register.
For any question about this notice or your personal data, contact us at info@degenerate.to.
What this website does
This is an information website for gaming operators and business partners. It does not offer gambling or trading services, and it does not ask you to create an account. The trading demonstrations and calculators on the site run entirely in your browser; nothing you select or enter in them is sent to us or stored by us, unless you choose to send an enquiry (see below).
Information we collect
- Technical data when you visit. Like any website, our hosting provider receives technical information needed to deliver pages to you, such as your IP address, browser type, device information and the pages requested. This is used to run and secure the site.
- Web fonts. The site loads its typeface from Google Fonts. To do this, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and basic browser information.
- Information you send us. If you use the enquiry form or email us, we receive your name, company, work email and anything you include in your message. If you used the revenue calculator before sending an enquiry, the illustrative scenario you selected is sent with it.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The introduction sequence can save a small session flag in your browser’s session storage so that it remembers whether you have already seen it. It contains no personal information and is deleted when you close the browser tab.
How and why we use your information
- To deliver, secure and maintain the website — based on our legitimate interest in operating a functioning, secure website.
- To reply to your enquiries and manage business discussions — based on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To meet legal or regulatory obligations where they apply.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, such as our website hosting provider (which also receives enquiry form submissions), Google (for web fonts) and our email provider, and with professional advisers or authorities where required by law. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period in line with its standard practice. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and then for as long as required for legal, accounting or record-keeping purposes.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for access to your personal data, and to ask us to correct, erase or restrict it. You can also object to our use of it or ask for it to be transferred. To exercise any of these rights, email info@degenerate.to.
You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to deal with your concern first.
